Questions to be answered in ALL parts……. 1.What kind of prenatal vitamins do u take? 2.What do u think is the best way to get rid of my little stomach and love handles? i’ve been thinking seriously about giving up soda too. 3.How long did it take you to get to your size and how did you maintain? 4.Did you want to get down as small as you are now? 5.How often would you work out during the 1st 7mos of weight loss? 6.How would you go about gaining a few pounds in a healthy way? 7.Since I am only trying to loss 5-10 pounds and mainly in my midsection. Can you tell the things I should focus on? 8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it? 9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? They are one reason that I don’t like to wear anything short-sleeved or sleeveless. 10.Not trying to get too personal, but you mentioned pre-natal vitamins and I was wondering how they may aid in weight loss or maintaining? 11.6 small meals…What does this really mean and do you follow this? So… I found out (well I guess I always knew), I’m little short on money. LoL Might have to hold off on the traveling for a while. So February upload might be more consistent than I expected. = P always schedule kickass things(like jakayatt says), so even if you fail, you still have “ok” things to do. SO start big! good and bad —————————- BIG BANG BIG SHOW CONCERT I never been in the Seoul area, so I thought I would have hard time finding the concert place. It was relatively easy. All I had to was follow the trail of screaming girls in skirts. URG! they didn’t allowed camera ! that blew ! there was some highlights 1. I don’t even know the song but DaeSung hit this extremely high note. A beautiful falsetto. It even turned me on. Being musician, I have to say it had to be higher than high D. 2. IRIS! Big Bang- Hallelujah song was good. TOP tore the stage apart. I guess show is popular as much as the drama 3. A girl passed out during the concert. I thought she was just tired of standing so she just sat down to chill. I was next to her the whole time. Learn the step by step process for applying griptape to a skateboard deck. We’ve broken it down into 6 simple steps. If you are unsure about how to grip a deck, ask someone for help. 1. Prepare the deck to be gripped. Remove all shrink wrap and stickers from the board. 2. Remove the paper backing from the grip tape and flip the paper so that the shiny side is facing the gritty side. 3. Start at one end and begin to apply the griptape to the deck. Work out any air bubbles that may show up. 4. Scrape the outline of the skateboard deck into the top of the board. 5. Begin to trim away the excess griptape by bringing the razor blad up through the bottom. Trace around the board until you have completed the whole shape. 6. Remove excess grip and poke the holes out from the bottom and then the top.
