This is not a synthetic vitamin – it is made from food so it’s easy to digest and absorb. It’s just one tablet daily and you can take it with just a glass of water on an empty stomach. I’m very busy so that really raises the probability that I’ll remember to take it.
This vitamin has been a vital part of getting into shape for me – I have really seen an increase in energy, an overall feeling of well being and a decrease in cravings. It makes it easier for me to exercise and stick to a healthy diet plan.
Some things you might want to know:
There is only 1% daily value of calcium, so if you want more you should take a separate calcium supplement. There is a 16% daily value of iron and that’s a good thing because better slightly too little than too much with that one. As long as you’re getting some iron from food too you should be fine.
What I really love are the extras (in addition to all the regular vitamins and minerals)and many of them are organic too. Such as Vitex (chaste berry), Maca root, artichoke leaf, raspberry leaf and nettle leaf and more. There is even 6mg of organic blueberry – probably for the antioxidant value.
This is a quality vitamin and you will feel the difference.

I have a sensitive stomach, and decided to give “food-based” vitamins a try because the normal kind always gave me a stomach ache.
These are very easy to digest, and my doctor commended their use, since the vitamins are more bio-available – you get more benefit from what’s in them.
I also love they have pro-biotics in them, and they contain Vitex, which is a very safe herbal extract proven to help with PMS and to regulate menstrual cycles.
One pill, and I know I’m doing a lot a good for my body with out overdoing it.

I get sick of taking the horse pill vitamins and I don’t remember to take an afternoon dosage…plus I just need something simple that won’t upset my stomach.
The holistic aid at a local nutritional stor recommended these to me and I love them! I can take them on an empty stomach because they are made with probiotics to help ease the digestion of the vitamins. This company also grows their own vegetables that are processed to extract the vitamins they sell. I think these are worth a one month try…I also take this one with the hair skin and nails formula and I have noticed a huge difference with my skin’s appearance!

I bought for my mom the New Chapter Organics Every Woman II, Tablets 180 ea and the Every Woman One Daily for my sister and me.
New Chapter Every Woman’s One Daily is a pretty good multivitamin. Not only is it organic (Certified Organic by International Certification services, Inc.), it is gluten free. It does not have an aftertaste and they are easy on the stomach.
The multivitamin contains, more or less, the same amounts of other multivitamins out there but, it does not contain anywhere near sufficient amounts of 2 vital vitamins for women. It baffles my mind that this vitamin ONLY has 10 mg of calcium (1% of your daily value) when the recommended amount is 500 mg twice daily. Moreover, it only has 3 mg of iron (16% of your daily value). So, make sure you supplement it with your food diet. This vitamin also has a very low amount of Potassium – 1mg (1% of your daily value). So, a one-daily vitamin this is not, because you still need a calcium and iron supplement.
The big plusses of this multivitamin is that it has probiotics, ginger and turmeric extracts and blueberry. These are great for your health. Turmeric can also be found in mustard.
Further, I reviewed their website and the company, New Chapter. It is a great company. They comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as set forth by the FDA. Their registration is through NSF International’s Dietary Supplement Certification program. This means that you can be sure that of what (and the quantities) they advertise is in their vitamins. Many companies put certain contents in their labels, and the vitamins actually do not contain those amounts.
New Chapter also has a commitment to sustainability, green and organic practices. Their website runs on solar energy! They also support a number of causes and they provide you information through their website for you to be involved.
Overall, except for the issue with iron and calcium, this is a great multivitamin.
After trying them for a month, I have to say, I have never felt so much energy before. Considering it has been a busy month at work and I have been working 13 hour days (not kidding), I should be feeling extremely tired and without energy. But, I am not. The only thing that I am doing different, is taking this multivitamin, so I attribute all the energy I feel and that I am able to work such long days without a problem to these vitamins. They are excellent! I just wish they were not as expensive.

I agree with all the previous reviewers who touted the product’s benefits and bioavailability. I disagree, however, with the couple of people who said the pills aren’t too big to swallow. Who are these people, and do they have giant-size throats? These pills are enormous! Not only are they large, but they’re very thick and uncoated, so they’re not at all easy to swallow. At the very least, there should be a coating– or they should be cut in half so people can take two instead of trying to swallow this horse pill.
I’m putting up with it anyway (grumblegrumble).
