My problem with this workout is, for beginners you don’t justify the weight capacity if someone can only do 60 for a max set…. how do they go down in increments of 40lbs?

Rule No1 Never ever ever hold ur breath … if you do so you may blackout for sure during heavy weight training.

Hey scott, a friend of mine showed me some of your videos and i have been doing a lot of your workouts. You probably have gotten this question before but what is your workout cycle? For instance, do you do chest and triceps on one day and back and biceps on another or do you workout a specific muscle group on its own? I have tried many different things but apparently what your doing works so i wanted to find out what you do.
