@Bontempo01, I followed Scott up to 7 on the first day and my arms were on fire. Each time I did the routine the day after, I strived for 1 more rep, until I could do the whole routine. PS. I took a break when I started to pyramid down.

@Salmon how did you do it in the beginning? Did you just try to continue following Scott, stopping in the middle? Or did you adjust your pyramid to top up, say, at 4 or 5 so you could get to the end of the routine?

Scott. I have been doing these for about a week. The first day I went up to 7 and couldn’t go anymore. Today I can do this whole routine only taking a break once. It burns to type. My veins are bulging from places in my forearm they never have before, and I have an amazing pump. Keep this videos going PLEASE!

I’m glad you did a push up routine I asked about this a few months ago. But stop calling it a “diamond” push up. A diamond is a precious three-dimensional complex figure. It’s a triangular push up. But I do like the workout I’m DEFINITELY going to do it. Thanks Scott keep up the great work.

This is cool Scott! I model from time to time and this would be great! I’m not looking to be bulky and beefy like you! (No offense cause you look great) But I’m sure this will help me add just enough size to my chest and shoulders w/o making me look super big! I’m naturally a thin guy and I actually WANT to maintain a thin yet muscular frame!
