Scott, this is your bro from London here. Thank you for the circuit workout, just finished it 2 mins ago and i am seriously depleted right now..
My goal is burn fat whilst gaining lean muscle.. Therefore around 3 times a week i do some sort of fat burning exercises on an empty stomach (fasted) then straight after have a late breakfast – egg omellette or whey protein in porridge oats.
Just wanted to ask if this good for my goals? Later on today i’m goin to train Legs & 30mins cardio too. Thanks
