I bought this because my doctor took away my hormone pills and I’m having horrible hot flashes. I’d love to tell you this pill has made a difference, but it hasn’t. Unfortunately, I can tell no difference taking these pills. I feel I wasted my money. I have heard other people say soy helped them-maybe it does help some individuals.

This is one of the BEST products for menopause without having to take hormone replacement therapy drugs. The other products I have tried have caffiene and other ingredients I dont need. Soy50 Menopause is great and I stopped taking the other over the counter menopause prodcuts because this one works the best. I ordered extra boxes of Soy50 because I do not want to run out and not be able to get this product again. I LOVE Soy50 and I am planning on buying more soon to keep my supply full.
