well when you gain every thing based on steroids…
that’s what happens the day you are not on “juice” !
Everything you gain by using steroids, is just gone when you stop the cycle…

@pronation1 its almost impossible to gain weight and lose fat at the same time. You should focus strictly on getting big right now, once you get to as big as you want then start focusinbg on your fat loss.
the problem is how you workout this 2 hours do one set nd keep talking or resting 20 mins or u skinny ….look im goina tell u what rest between sets 30 seconds to 1 minute, try it that nd let me know when u do it later ,i hope goina help ,,, peace
I’m trying to gain weight, and also get a bigger six pack under my fat, so when I cut weight I can see my abs but there bigger and alot stronger, i’m not sure if weighted workouts are the best or not or with natural body weight, i’m trying to get bigger and also stronger abs can someone please help me, maybe with a list of workouts, with the amount of sets and reps, if possible to use dumbbell or not
I do train in the morning some days without a breakfast because of situation…after finishing its hard to drive the car and sometimes I see that the traffic lights are flashing signs become unreadable and also dizziness..
It’s difficult i know there is no energy in your body but that ’s the key to start burning fat from the 1st minute otherwise when you do it in the middle of the day the glycogen levels are high and your body has to finish the glycogen levels 1st (this process takes about 20 min, after that you start losing
