i noticed at around 5:27 during his squats, his feet are positioned slightly sideways. is this a careless mistake he made or is it another way of doing squats? because i learned to keep my feet straight
i was doing planks at lacrosse training at school
and our varsity player was like “tighten up your ass!like your in jail!” to the whole team and we all fell doing the planks lol
