		<description>I would say take it easy big guy, but what do I know. Sometimes lifting something as small as a kettle can send pain through my spine at the mo', feels like the disc rubbing together methinks. 

Wasn't that how Bruce Lee put his back out, or was that &lt;b&gt;good mornings&lt;/b&gt; he was doing?
