Took my back out again

Doing stiff legged dead lifts. I had just gotten done with squats, didn’t use my belt for heavier sets. Was finishing up my stiff legged dead lifts, last set for 355 pounds. On my second rep I felt the same tear in my back as last time, I thankfully was able to keep it under control and limit the damage.
I finished off my leg day doing my cable crunches, side db bends, lunges and more. Still worked out the next day and the day after, my back however was fucked. I can not bend it at all, getting up is hell. Getting out of bed makes me literally scream. It is not as bad as last time but still more than enough damage.
Tomorrow is chest day, hoping to hit it hard even with the back injury.

Ouch, I haven’t got any troubles yet or injuries from weight lifting. Hope to keeep it that way lol!

I would say take it easy big guy, but what do I know. Sometimes lifting something as small as a kettle can send pain through my spine at the mo’, feels like the disc rubbing together methinks.
Wasn’t that how Bruce Lee put his back out, or was that good mornings he was doing?
