Been awhile

I’m back to working out, lost lots of strength from my back injury. Back is still not 100%, feels like I did some permanent damage. It does not really hurt, but it is stiff and weak as hell. I can barely bend like I used to, it does also get sore from my workouts. Hopefully in time it will get better.
My bench suffered greatly from the back injury, unable to dig in with my back my max and rep counts went down. I am just now getting back up there, I think my form has changed slightly forcing me to depend on my tri’s even more so than normal.

I feel you…I just came back from the gym today. I had been working out my shoulders and legs.
I take off my shirt because it’s hot tonight, and I find stretch-marks, or red lines actually, on my shoulders. My shoulders don’t hurt though. Is this healthy? It looks pretty bad…I really hope I didn’t fuck my muscles up.
