You use a utility bench for the DB rows?

Barbell rows are funky, you could try using a smith machine for them.

I am always looking for other back excercises, because I can't really do cable rows or pullups anymore

I thought I could again, but today after 4 sets up pullup and 4 sets of pull downs, my right elbow is in pain.

bent over dumbell rows give me a stiff neck, and bent of barbell rows just feel terrible, unatural or something
