to the gym! After taking an entire week off last week from being sick I dragged my sorry ass into the gym today. I still felt run down, tired and worst of all very, very weak. I was doing only maybe 70% of my normal weights, all and all a shitty work out. I however am pleased, at least I got my ass back into the gym instead of quitting like so many do.

I had cycled off most of my supplements for a few weeks, now I’m slowly starting to retake them. I’m hoping for some big gains this time around, I wont be hitting it heavy for at least 2-3 more weeks, all and all right on schedule.
