		<description>Yeah I actually do take Glucosamine for my knee already, I think this is something other than a joint injury though. I really should go to the doctor, but no insurance is keeping me from going, plus i hate the doc! :p</description>

I have a screwed up rotator cup mnay years back playing football, and it&#039;s come back in my later years to haunt me, but only when my excersising becomes intense.

Anywho check it out. It&#039;s for your aching joints and tendons and is suppose to help with authritis.

Oh and don&#039;t forget your vitamin D
