I don’t know why, my morning workout yesterday I almost passed out. I went into the gym as normal, started my workout and just felt off. I was going to do shoulders, after a few sets I felt super weak and figured I’d do back instead. Thinking my chest workout from the day before might have made my tri’s and shoulders a bit worn down, back would be a better muscle group to work.

I did a few sets, nothing extreme. I quickly felt worse and worse, no power, feeling very ill, to a point I was literally dizzy, hard to see, breath and more. Normally I would just bite down that much harder and keep working, I however could feel this time was one of those times I’d do more damage than good. Drove home, got some rest and went back later that night. At night I finished my workout, no problems thank god. No idea what happened, hoping it’s just one of those things…
