Not talking personal, nor business. Talking of course my lifting, taking a week off last week from being sick and still recovering this week made it a very hard week for lifting. I had no energy, no drive, ambition, I am still sniffling, left over congestion, etc. I still lifted every day, I’m so sore it hurts to sit or stand. My legs are just wrecked from my Wensday leg workout, squats did me in. Usually I do not get this sore from workouts, however taking the week off and still recovering from being sick equals my body being run down and unable to recover like it should. Maybe I should have taken another week off, I would have had less pain, I am however glad to deal with the pain and welcome it over losing my drive to reach my goals.
