My lower back is real fng sore today! I did barbell rows and deadlifts yesterday, combined with a few dumb bell lower back movements. Haven’t done deadlifts in a month or more, always hits the lower back so well the first time :D

Today was leg day, on squats ‘which works the lower back’ I had to change my form a bit to even do them. Trying to take the stress off my lower back while doing them safely. I managed, I conquered and now I’m sore as hell..:p
