Dragged my AXX

Dragged my ass back into the gym this morning. I’m still real worn down from being sick, I don’t notice it to much until I start to lift. I feel drained almost immediately, it’s hard to even hold onto the dumbbells/barbell/etc even when I’m doing well under my normal weights. My workout was not the greatest, but I am happy that I still dragged my sorry ass into the gym. Today was back day, started with bar rows, dead lifts, went to incline db shrugs, db rows, finished up with a few others items in my workout routine. I then attempted to do lat pulldowns but wow my shoulder was sore and worn down from chest day yesterday, didnt’ even finish up a full set. Did 2 sets of middle grip/mid back pull downs and finished with 2 sets on the ab machine.
Not a great workout in the least, but I did make it in and made it though the morning workout. For that I’m happy…
