Killer Shoulder Workout

I had another great workout today. Part of my injury was my shoulder / rotator cuff. Today I tested my shoulder and well it took everything I threw at it including a 470 pound smith machine shoulder shrug….;)
380 was to damn easy, did 10 without a problem so I got gutsy and threw on another 2 45 pound plates. It was a bit rough as I haven’t done anything that heavy in a few months, but I got it up w/o wrecking anything. I powered through my standard shoulder presses, arnies and more. All and all a great workout.

“All in all a great workout” = nice.
but like what colleen said though, be careful, you wouldn’t want to end up hurting your shoulder more than before.

No health issues are ‘pathetic’ better safe than sorry, hope you’re feeling better as soon as possible.
I’m trying my best to be careful, I definitely don’t want to hurt myself again. I want to increase my strength which will never happen if I hurt myself again
